Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a person authorized by you) receive the goods.

You can write the message informally or use our sample withdrawal form (see below).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments you have made (including shipping costs – unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard shipping) within 14 days.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the order.

You bear the costs of returning the goods.

Please ensure that the products are returned well packaged.

Important: No withdrawal for opened hygiene products

You do not have the right of withdrawal for the following products if you want to return them after opening:

  • Sealed hygiene products (e.g., toothpaste, soap, shampoo)

  • Cosmetic products (e.g., cream, make-up)

  • Perfume

  • Other products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

This applies as soon as the seal (e.g., hygiene seal or original packaging) has been removed.
