Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
The products in the shop do not yet constitute a binding offer. Only when you submit your order do you make an offer. You will then receive a confirmation by email. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order or ship the goods.

Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include the statutory value-added tax. Any shipping costs will be displayed to you during checkout.

Delivery
We deliver within Germany. The delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days. If delivery times are longer, we will inform you by email.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

Right of Withdrawal

Return Costs
You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
No right of withdrawal for opened products
Products that are sealed for hygienic reasons (e.g., toothpaste, perfume, or cosmetics) and whose seal you have removed are excluded from the right of return.

Warranty
You naturally have the statutory warranty rights. If there is something wrong with your order, please write to us – we will find a solution!

Liability
We are fully liable for damages to life, body, or health as well as for intent or gross negligence. In other cases, our liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages.

Final Provisions
